Took the Enclave for a test drive with Butch and loved it but was conserned with the miles. Butch did a good job of helping us and called a few days later to follow-up. In the mean time we went to check our a Enclave in Cleveland that had less miles. We had an appointment but was ignored when we got there and treated rather rudely. We were unhappy with their service and their vehicle. We returned to Joyce and was treated very well by everyone. Butch was off that day but they provided Lisa. She did an excellent job of taking care of us for Butch. We appriciated them keeping us informed as they test drove our trade-in as to what they were looking at and their conserns.
